NaviSite
NaviSite a $130 Million managed services provider. As one of
the survivors in the turbulent industry of managed services, NaviSite
engaged Whitman Consulting Group in several areas. After acquiring
several businesses throughout the past 3 years the first, order of
business was to bring focus to the corporate strategy. The engagement
consisted of a detailed analysis of the products and services brought
into the company via the acquisition process followed by a top down
articulation of the emerging product strategy. Once the corporate
messaging had accomplished we were able to reposition the company to
correctly reflect the new value proposition. This repositioning took
the form of a complete public relations and marketing communications
plan for potential investors, industry analysts, customers, partners
and employees. WCG was also able to assist NaviSite in identifying and
staffing several key roles throughout the company on both a temporary
and permanent basis.
“Working with Whitman Consulting Group has given
NaviSite access to important strategic insight during an important transition
period for us. Once we had established our direction, their practical approach
to day-to-day, hands on tactical execution allowed us to effectively communicate
our message to our key markets.” Gabe Ruhan, NaviSite, COO and Board Member
